APPEALS AGAINST MEANS TEST RESULTS FOR 2015/2016 ACADEMIC YEAR

The Higher Education Students’ Loans Board (HESLB) is hereby informing all loan applicants that the appeals window is now open until 03rd January, 2016. All Appellants should follow the procedure below:-

(i) All appeals will attract a non-refundable fee of Tzs. 10,000/= per appeal which should be paid through M-Pesa and the Transaction ID generated should be input into the Online System prior to appealingonline, otherwise the appeal will not be considered.
(ii) Must complete the relevant Online Appeal Forms, make a printout of the same and attach thereto the necessary supporting documents. The Online Appeals Form is accessible through http://olas.heslb.go.tz
(iii) After successful completion of the Online Appeal Form, the appellant must download the form and attach the necessary documents and hand over to the respective Higher Learning Institution (HLI) Loan Desk
Officer.
(iv) Appeals must be routed through the respective HLI Loan Desk Officers who will collect all appeal forms from his/her respective Institution and submit them under a covering letter to the Board. The Board will not
accept any appeal forms that will be submitted directly by students to the Board.
(v) The deadline for online submission of appeals will be 03rd January, 2016.

Lastly, students wishing to appeal for loans should do so through the above procedure
instead of writing letters to the Board.

UENDESHAJI WA KOZI YA STASHAHADA (DIPLOMA) YA MENEJIMENTI NA UALIMU KATIKA CHUO KIKUU CHA ECKERNFORDE – TANGA

Baraza la Taifa la Elimu ya Ufundi (NACTE) lina utaarifu umma kuwa Stashahada (Dilploma) ya Menejimenti na Ualimu itolewayo katika Chuo kikuu cha Eckernforde - Tanga ilipata ithibati ya Tume ya Vyuo Vikuu (TCU) na kuruhusiwa kutolewa katika kampasi yake ya Tanga. Hata hivyo imefahamika baadae kuwa chuo hicho kimekuwa kikitoa mafunzo hayo katika kampasi zisizoruhusiwa ikiwamo vituo vya shule za msingi kwenye wilaya mbalimbali nchini. Tume ya Vyuo vikuu ilishatoa katazo la maandishi kwa Eckernforde na kwenye vyombo vya habari lakini bado fomu za kujiunga na programu hiyo zimekuwa zikiendelea kugawiwa katika vituo mbalimbali nchini.

Baraza la Taifa la Elimu ya Ufundi (NACTE) limefanya mawasiliano na Uongozi wa Ecrkeforde ambao umedai kutohusika na fomu wala vituo hivyo vinavyoendelea kutoa fomu na kudahili wanafunzi.
Kwa notisi hii, UMMA unaarifiwa yafuatayo:
  • Kuripoti katika vyombo vya sheria uwapo wa vituo na utoaji wa fomu hizo popote unapoendelea;
  • Vituo vivyonaendesha mafunzo hayo bila kibali cha kuendesha mafunzo (ithibati) vinatakiwa kufungwa mara moja; na
  • Baraza (NACTE) na Tume (TCU) hazita watambua wahitimu wa program hiyo isipokuwa wale watakaopata mafunzo kutoka kampasi ya Tanga iliyopewa ithibati;

Ifahamike kuwa waendeshaji na wasimamizi wote wa vituo watakaopuuza agizo hili watachukuliwa hatua kali kwa mujibu wa sheria.

Maelezo zaidi kuhusu namna ya kujiunga, tarehe ya kuanza masomo, fomu za maombi na ufadhili tafadhali bofya hapa

Kwa msingi huo, tunakanusha taarifa zinazosambazwa katika baadhi ya mitandao ya kijamii kuwa Bodi ya Mikopo ya Wanafunzi wa Elimu ya Juu haitatoa mikopo kwa wanafunzi wanaojiunga na wanaoendelea na masomo katika vyuo vya elimu ya juu kwa mwaka wa masomo 2015/2016.

Majina ya ziada ya Waliochaguliwa UDSM Round ya Tatu : UDSM Undergraduate Admissions For 2015/2016- Round 3

The following additional applicants have been selected to join various undergraduate degree programmes for the 2015/2016 academic year. The selected applicants should report at the Mwl. J.K. Nyerere Mlimani Campus on Saturday 31st October 2015 for the orientation week which  will start on Monday 2nd November 2015. Applicants selected for admission into Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE) and Mkwawa University College of Education (MUCE) should report directly to the college's campuses in Chang'ombe and Iringa respectively on the same dates. Joining instructions and admission letters should be collected at the University campuses where one is admitted.
