Baraza la Taifa la Elimu ya Ufundi (NACTE) linapenda kuwaarifu wote walioomba kudahiliwa katika kozi za cheti na diploma na umma kwa ujumla kuwa lilifunga dirisha la maombi mnamo tarehe 15 Agosti 2016 ili kuruhusu uteuzi wa awamu ya pili kwa waombaji wa kozi hizo. Uteuzi wa awamu ya pili kwa waombaji wa cheti na diploma unatarajiwa kutangazwa tarehe 31 Agosti 2016.

Baraza pia linapenda kutoa taarifa  kuwa Mfumo wa Pamoja wa Udahili (CAS) utafunguliwa tena tarehe 1 Septemba 2016 hadi tarehe 15 Septemba 2016 ili kujaza nafasi za udahili zitakazokuwa wazi baada ya uchaguzi wa awamu ya pili. Hatua hii itawezesha kuruhusu machaguo mapya kwa wale ambao hawakuchaguliwa katika kozi walizoomba pamoja na  kuruhusu waombaji wapya ambao kwa njia moja au nyingine hawakuomba udahili hapo awali.

Baraza pia linapenda kuwaarifu waombaji waliofanya maombi kwenye vyuo vya Ualimu vya Serikali kuwa uteuzi kwenye vyuo hivyo bado unasubiri mwongozo wa Serikali na hivyo watafahamishwa punde Baraza litakapopata mwongozo kutoka Wizara yenye dhamana ya Elimu juu ya uchaguzi huo. Waombaji wa vyuo hivi wanashauriwa kusubiri na kutokubadili machaguo yao hadi kutangazwa kwa uteuzi kwa vyuo vya Ualimu vya Serikali.

Aidha, Baraza linapenda kuwafahamisha waombaji wa Shahada ya Kwanza waliofanya maombi kupitia Mfumo wa Pamoja wa Udahili (CAS) wa Baraza kabla ya tarehe 16 Julai 2016 ambapo Tume ya Vyuo Vikuu ilitoa tangazo juu ya sifa za udahili na hawajafikisha sifa hizo kwamba unafanyika utaratibu wa kuwarudishia fedha zao. Utaratibu huu utamalizika baada ya kukamilisha tathmini ya idadi ya waombaji wa aina hiyo. Hivyo wahusika wanaombwa kuwa na subira  mpaka tathmimi itakapokamilika.

PUBLIC NOTICE

The National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) is a statutory body established under the National Council for Technical Education Act, Cap. 129, to oversee and coordinate the provision of technical education and training in Tanzania. Under the establishing Act, all institutions are required to be registered and accredited by the Council in order to attain the status of a training provider.

The Council is hereby giving fourteen (14) days notice from the date of this Notice, to all technical institutions that are operating without being registered to ensure that they are registered with the Council. This Notice is issued pursuant to Regulation 5 of the Registration of Technical Institutions Regulations, 2001.

Further notice is given that failure to comply with this notice shall automatically lead to imminent closure of the technical institutions as provided for by the law.

The Table below provides the list of technical institutions that have been identified and are operating without being registered.

The general public is requested to inform the Council on any institution operating without being registered or offering un-approved programmes.

PUBLIC NOTICE

The National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) is a statutory body established under the National Council for Technical Education Act, Cap. 129, to oversee and coordinate the provision of technical education and training in Tanzania.

Under the establishing Act, all institutions are required to be registered and accredited by the Council in order to attain the status of a training provider. The Council is also empowered to validate and approve courses for the awards of the Council. It has come to the attention of the Council that there are technical institutions which though registered are offeringrogrammes without the approval of the Council.

The Council is hereby giving fourteen (14) days notice from the date of this notice, to all technical institutions that are offering programmes without the approval of Council to ensure that they stop henceforth and thereafter contact the Council on further directions regarding the affected students.

Further notice is given that failure to comply with this notice shall automatically lead to imminent closure of the technical institutions as provided for by the law.
