Achieved results by demonstrating exceptional leadership in difficult circumstances.

PIONEER AWARD

Developed products or initiatives through the use of either Technology/IT/ICT which have brought change and improved the standard of life of the consumers of those inventions and/or innovations.

CAPTAIN OF INDUSTRY AWARD

Delivered successful project(s) by demonstrating exceptional leadership capabilities

INCUBATOR AWARD

This category is dedicated to locally based companies, institutions or governing bodies fully committed to the youth agenda, providing a stepping stone and a beacon of light towards individuals demonstrating initiatives in self and national development.

ALLIANCE AWARD

Youth groups who have collaborated on social/economic projects who cannot be acknowledged by individual merit but are change agents towards development in clusters or groups.
